Meet us

WHO WE ARE

At Geopolitical Insights, we believe that strategic foresight, analytical rigor, and swift execution are essential. Our expertise became evident in early 2020 when we anticipated the profound economic and political consequences of the COVID pandemic. While many focused on the immediate crisis, we were already advising clients on how to navigate a new era of expanded public spending, government intervention, and geopolitical realignment.

Our track record speaks for itself

2019
U.S. - CHINA

In 2019, we flagged the ongoing U.S. disengagement and emerging rapprochement with China views met with skepticism at the time as well as the far-reaching implications of the pandemic.

February, 2020
COVID RESPONSE & NEXTGEN EU

We anticipated the profound economic and political consequences of the COVID pandemic and recognised the EU´s NextGen funds as both geopolitically driven and the start of a spending surge.

December, 2021
RUSSIAN INVASION

In December 2021, our analysts correctly foresaw the Russian invasion of Ukraine and recognized the EU´s double down response as part of the construction of the European autonomy.

January, 2025
TRANSATLATIC INSECURITY

By January 2025, we had clearly identified the strategic direction of the U.S. administration, noting how new tariffs signaled a form of geopolitical vassalage toward Washington, prompting a necessary strategic response from the EU.

Through our proprietary framework, deep expertise, and network of thought leaders, we strive to anticipate where the world is headed helping public and private clients understand the landscape and secure optimal positioning.

We also support the execution of strategies co-designed with our clients. We call this approach “Practical Geopolitics”™.: connecting macro trends with actionable opportunities for business and policy. Drawing on our multidisciplinary insight geopolitics, policy, economics, and engineering we’ve helped align major projects with EU priorities, enabling clients to become trusted partners of European institutions.

Our work is driven by a commitment to strategic impact, actionable intelligence, and effective execution. From boardroom briefings to securing innovation funding, we empower organizations to navigate complexity, manage risk, and seize opportunity.

Finally, we are proudly pro-EU. As a European geopolitical risk consultancy focused on practical geopolitics, we help clients align their strategies with the European Commission’s geopolitical agenda leveraging both our expertise and our broad ecosystem.
